Anne Elliott Vallana
Mrs. Anne Margaret Elliott became President of Experiment Italia in 1999, succeeding Renza Rosso, who had founded the Italian office in 1953. Notably, during the 50-year celebration and General Assembly in 2003, Mrs. Elliott and her daughter, Teresa, officially took charge of operations, transforming Experiment Italia into a leading agency specializing in the management and organization of exchange programs, language courses, and homestays in nearly 10 countries worldwide. After nearly 30 years, Mrs. Elliott is preparing for a gradual retirement, passing the reins to the dynamic Teresa, who has already spent the last 20 years dedicated to upholding and expanding the organization's remarkable legacy.
Teresa Vallana
Mrs Teresa Vallana, the daughter of Mrs. Elliott, is a renowned English teacher who has gained invaluable experience working alongside her mother over the years. Drawing from this rich mentorship, she now manages both the British School in Asti and the development of inbound and outbound exchange programs through the association “ExperimentItalia”. With her deep expertise and dedication, Teresa continues to build on her mother’s legacy, fostering cultural exchange and language education with passion and precision.
Anna Tessitore
For the past 25 years, Anna has been the dedicated and resourceful backbone of the Experiment Italia office. As the Office Manager, her tireless efforts and innovative approach have been instrumental in streamlining operations and fostering a welcoming environment for staff and participants alike. Anna’s commitment to excellence has played a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s reach and efficiency, ensuring the smooth coordination of programs and the satisfaction of countless students and families. Her steadfast dedication continues to be a driving force behind the success of Experiment Italia.
Andrea Rampone
Andrea Rampone, holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and a Master's degree in International Relations, has been actively involved in Experiment Italia’s initiatives for the past three years. Now an official external collaborator, Andrea is dedicated to expanding the organization’s network of international partners, leading the digitalization of office processes, and broadening the scope of Experiment Italia’s business activities. His academic background, combined with his dynamic contributions and forward-thinking mindset, is driving the organization toward a more innovative and globally connected future.
Noemi Costa
Noemi Costa, a talented and enthusiastic young associate with a degree in law, joined Experiment Italia this year and has quickly become an invaluable member of the team. With a fresh perspective and a strong work ethic, Noemi is successfully managing and implementing exchange programs to the USA, ensuring their smooth operation and enriching participant experiences. Her legal expertise and passion for excellence drive her ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of Experiment Italia's offerings, setting a high standard for innovation and growth in cultural exchange programs.
